Phone screen, hiring manager interview, then written assignment. I was presented with a lengthy written assignment. The initial rejection letter specified they would not be able to offer any feedback whatsoever.
Long and nonsensical. They ask you to write three assignments so they can then use these as the starting points for conversations with multiple stakeholders. The hiring managers are apparently not allowed to decide on their own who can work in their team.
