Robust process, first stage 1:1 phone screening with the recruiter, then a standard, 1:1 with the HM, followed by a written exercise, then 4 rounds of 30 mins Zoom back to back.

Stripe has a very thorough and lengthy process:
1. Chat with a recruiter
2. Chat with the hiring manager
3. Written assignment
4. Interview with 6 inidividuals (one phone call had 2 people who asked questions related to employee relations).
The recruiter will prep you on which competencies each interviewer will focus on so that was really helpful. Overall a great experience.
