Interview
After phone screening I had a behavioral with a product designer. It was clear they had zero interest in being there and wanted their day to be over. As soon as the interview began they went through their list of questions and that was all. Hopefully they can schedule interviews with designers who want to be there and have a genuine interest in learning about candidates.

Interview
Overall the first interview with a staff designer is pretty chill, no stress. Interviewer is friendly and polite. Mostly standard questions about recent projects and work style. Interview with recruiter is even easier.

Interview
Kind, communicative, and thoughtful. Before the onsite, the recruiter walked me through a really detailed document explaining what to expect and how to prepare. The recruiter got back to me on the same day or the day after each of my interviews.
