The interview process is very standard. I went through a 30 minute recruiter screening over the phone, a 30 minute hiring manager interview via Zoom, and a take home assignment before they passed on me. The recruiter screening was standard tell me about yourself, HR logistics, questions. The hiring manager was primarily focused on people management questions around managing employee conflicts, internal conflicts across multiple teams, etc. The take home assignment involved 2-3 sections around cross-team leadership and collaboration. Unfortunately, they passed after I completed the assignment.
