Stripe Technical Account Manager (TAM) interview questions

Initial screening is run by an unprofessional screening centre based out of India. Surprisingly rude, unprofessional and lacking knowledge. Interview had to be rescheduled due to constant miscommunication. It’s a great shame is Stripe appears to be such a great company but ruin the experience with their decision to handle hiring from India.

Recruiter call followed by 2 interviews, and a technical test. I missed the technical test, so I was not selected for the final interview. The recruiter was nice and objective; she was able to provide all details in the first call, including the salary and detailed bonus structure, which is rare nowadays with companies.
