Stripe Operations Lead interview questions

It was comprehensive and felt like I knew what was coming. Maybe 5 consecutive interviews and a coding test. The interview process was good however getting the outcome took forever and they said they changed strategy during that period and were longer hiring for that role - this part seemed unprofessional to me - to keep a senior candidate on the long distance for 8 weeks with no outcome and then to change tack. I noted the recruiter left the company not long after so perhaps the whole thing was a bit chaotic and disorganised - that's what it seemed like.
