Applied online and it took 2 months to hear back. Completed HR screen and two additional interviews. No response for two weeks. Sent multiple follow-up emails to HR but did not hear back on next steps. Have the courtesy to let your candidates know that you've filled the position. Ghosting people in the middle of an interview process is not professional.
