Interview
The interview process was reasonably quick, first with the recruiter and then with the hiring manager. After the second round, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week (2 days). A week went by, and I followed up. The recruiter told me I would get an answer by the next day. Skip forward another 2 weeks and I reach out again, only to be told the position had been filled. I'm very disappointed in the communication I had with Strive and only imagine that is reflected as well in the company.
