Met Stryker recruiters at an on campus career fair. I applied and was immediately asked to fill out a 20 minute assessment from Gallup. A few days later and heard back very shortly afterwards inviting me to an on campus interview, which was behavioral. Within a week I was invited to set up an interview time with a third party interviewer (Gallup again), which was able to schedule relatively flexibly. The interview was an hour long phone call which included a large set of fit based questions.
