At first I have received a call from HR and the interview took around 20 minutes. I was then invited to interview in the company with 2 of the managers. The face to face interview went well, standard questions. After this interview I was invited to a Gallup interview a week later. I have been unsuccessful in this personality test. It is very specific test and you need to tick the boxes on the specific profile Stryker is looking for. This test is really your own interpretation of the questions and alot of them really depend on scenario.
Few days later I got a call from HR about a result from Gallup test. I have asked for a feedback and the results from the test really surprised me as at least 2 categories I was low successful were exact opposite from who I am therefore I think the company is wasting alot of resources (time and money) on this test and it is very impersonal.
Also this was a total waste of my time. Why not ask to do a Gallup test before 1:1 interview? This will eliminate number of candidates, unless Stryker is paying for every person doing this personality test (which is probably the case).
