Was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled an interview later that week. After two rounds of phone interviews I was invited in for an on-site interview. I agreed to the on-site and was told an email was to follow with details of the on-site. After three days and not hearing from the recruiter, I send an email following up on the on-site. No response. One week later and I receive an email saying they've selected another candidate and will not be moving forward with my on-site. Very unprofessional.
