I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stryker in Mar 2019
Interview
I initially spoke with the HR representative who setup an in-person interview with the area manager. The in-person interview was a standard resume/experience walk through and asked questions at the end. During the interview, I was asked very detailed questions about my college experience (extra curricular, GPA, major, job, etc.) and spent an unusual amount of time discussing? This felt very irrelevant to the position since I had years of sales and healthcare experience and graduated from college over 5+ years ago. Ended up not moving forward after the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What extra curricular activities did you do in college?
What was your GPA in college?
Got foot in the door and had a pretty casual initial conversation. Was the referred to the regional manager and after that took the Gallup assessment. After this was flown out to do a case study.
It was hard and kind of drawn out. Met with at least 5-6 people on zoom then was flown out for a final interview in Kalamazoo. It was a pretty straight forward process but definitely long.
