I applied and had the first interview within the next week. It was with a recruiter and had general HR questions. The next interview was with the manager a few weeks later. It was phone based and was more learning about the job itself and for the manager to learn about my background. I took the Gallup interview a few days later and was told I passed that and I would hear back regarding my in-person interview within a few days after they finished up interviewing other applicants.
I waited for a couple of weeks and never heard anything, emailed the recruiter and received no reply. After about a month I noticed the job posting was pulled then re-posted. I was very impressed with the process until they basically ghosted me.
Applied for a Clinical Specialist job. Next day, got a text message about having a phone interview. Phone Interview with a Lead Talent Business Partner. Very polite and respectful. Next was a call with the HM and more in depth interview process. Then came the Gallup Interview! This can be the most challenging part to get through. Just answer honestly.
