Phone interview with HR, video interview with hiring manager, Gallop test, then final on-site interview. Phone interview is basically just for confirming your background and motivation for the role. Video interview took about an hour, with multiple question about your career experiences, and how you deal with challenges and difficulties. No much technical questions, more like to get to know your way to manage projects or crisis. Gallop test, as usual, answers a bunch of questions about how you make decisions, how you think about yourself, what will you do when facing different situations, etc. On-site interview got only one session, with the same hiring manager and one senior engineer from the team, the senior engineer is the one to ask questions in this session. The questions are basically similar to what I have during video interview, a few technical question, but very easy.
After few days of on-site interview, HR will follow up if you are still interested with the position after talking with the team, then told me that she'll be in touch that.
I sent an email to follow up for the status after that, still got no feedback/response regarding to my request... it has been 3 months after that..
