The interview process initially started with the HR Manager reaching out to me. She made it clear that if I did not pass the next round behavioral phone interview I would not be asked to go in person. I did pass the interview, it mainly seemed to want to know how you were motivated/worked and if you were a go getter. In person I met with four people and had pleasant conversations with them all. Unfortunately I did not get the position, but I did have a pleasant time interviewing and was brought it for another role too which I also did not get. Truth be told I am glad I did not get them at the time, but would still love to work for a company like Stryker
