I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Sydney) in Feb 2020
Interview
Initial phone screening conversations followed by two face to face interviews with business partners and co-workers as well as team catch ups with people who I would be directly working with. There was also a Gallup screening test completed. Each face to face interview went for approximately 1 hour and the screening tests went for 2 hours.
