Interview
The overall process was relatively normal. First was a personality survey via email, next was a phone call with the recruitment team which included another personality test followed by a MS Teams interview. I was notified by the HR employee i had proceeded to a second interview within 3 days and had the second interview within 2 weeks of initially applying.
I was applying from a competitor company and found the questions i was being asked were looking for information about soon to be released products from the company i was at.
Applied for a Clinical Specialist job. Next day, got a text message about having a phone interview. Phone Interview with a Lead Talent Business Partner. Very polite and respectful. Next was a call with the HM and more in depth interview process. Then came the Gallup Interview! This can be the most challenging part to get through. Just answer honestly.

First interview with recruiter came 3 days after applying. Great communication between the recruiter and I. More questions from the recruiter than i expected and i it lasted 30 minutes.

There were four rounds including a presentation about one of their devices and a personality test. It was pretty standard, and the hiring manager treated it more like a conversation. It was generally pretty informal.
