The interview process is very rigorous and competitive. You have to get through a phone screening and then do an hour-long Gallup test; then you move on to an interview with the hiring manager and then a final round interview.
this was pretty long interview process for an internship - took around 6 months in total. Very nice people though from my experience, Stryker wants to hire hard workers and they will test you on this in the interviews

The interview was very challenging and eye opening to what the role actually consisted of. I got to the last round of interviews for their sales intern position and then they ghosted me. I did not hear from them for almost two months before I annoyed them enough that they told me no.
