3 rounds of interviews, first round was a 30 minute phone call where I was asked behavioral questions, 2nd was a 1 hour Gallup interview where I was asked rapid fire questions and asked to answer what came to mind immediately (checking personality fit with the company), and 3rd was onsite with 3 30 min interviews
