The process took a little over 6 weeks. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screen. Next was a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. Next was an hour long video call with someone from the engineering team. Then, the Gallup interview asks a series of vague behavioral questions you need to quickly answer and sometimes give an example. Finally, the virtual on-site consists of a candidate presentation and a series of 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 interviews covering each of the domain areas.
