Three rounds. Lot of situational questions. Interesting culture, but people seemed nice. I interviewed with them a couple of years ago and everyone was nice. People took time to speak with me. Final round interview is a coffee chat and the actual interviews.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
