Very extensive, multiple rounds, many people will come in and ask the same sort of questions, gallup phone interview. You can only do this phone interview once so be careful!
There was one in-person interview with mostly behavioral questions. The only technical part was a simplified system design that related to some of the scientific work that you might expect to see at a medical technology company.
Good! Recruiter was very nice and the whole process took about 2 weeks once I started interviewing with the recruiter. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and a member of the team. The entire process took about a month from time of application to start of the interview with the recruiter, although I've heard that some wait a couple of months before receiving an interview.
