I applied at the end of August but did not receive an interview request until I got a referral from a friend in early December. The first interview was a short 20 minute phone conversation over Microsoft Teams. All of the questions I was asked I had found previously on Glassdoor, so I definitely recommend taking a good amount of time to go through all 20 pages of questions on here and prepare answers for them. At the end of the interview, I was invited to schedule a Gallup phone interview and sent email instructions. I called the organization separately to set up a time and then they called me the day of a couple of minutes early. The interview was supposed to last an hour to an hour and a half but I finished in about 40 minutes. It consisted of rapid-fire yes/no questions about working in teams and what your personality is like. For many questions, they'll ask you to elaborate or provide an example. Make sure you have examples from work/school/life that you can pull off the top of your head. Also use Glassdoor to prepare for this. A week and a half passed after the Gallup interview and I still hadn't heard anything, so I sent my recruiter a follow-up email (this was right before Christmas). A few hours later I got a call and she told me I passed and offered me an interview for a different position than I originally applied for. The last round of interviews took place in mid January and consisted of four 30 minute interviews with members of the team I would be working on. These were mostly behavioral and very focused on team-based situations, however one of them was slightly technical. The fourth one was with a VP and was mainly me asking my own questions about Stryker, the position, etc. A little less than a week later I received an offer. Before each interview, I did a ton of research on Stryker-preparation definitely helps immensely.
