Very rigorous but interactive. I enjoyed learning about the company, the people and the role. After 3 phone interviews, they flew me on site for an interview. I really got to experience the Stryker culture and I loved it

1. I had a 30 min phone interview with recruiter. 2. About 5 days later I had 30 min phone call with hiring manager. 3. They liked me so I moved forward to the Gallup interview which is done through another company over the phone. It lasted 75 min. 4. Several days later I had a back to back video interviews with the team. Total of 2 hrs. 5. Got a phone call 4 days later that they decided to go with another candidate. The process was well organized and I appreciate that they actually called instead of sending a copy paste rejection email.
