      Interview

There were multiple hoops to jump through the process including gallup interview. It was worth it all. The people are incredible and unlike any other company. I recommend going through the process.

      Interview

I had a video call with the hiring manager, did the Gallup online test, and had the final stage interview online (panel interview with 3 people). While my experience with the interviews was good and it was great to speak with everyone involved, my overall experience was very negative because the recruiter & hiring manager ghosted me after the final stage interview. I was told I should expect a decision within 1 week following the panel interview but I heard nothing (it has now been 4 weeks). I followed-up twice and didn't receive a reply whatsoever. I simply cannot understand why companies do this, a quick email (even an automated email) to say I was not successful would have been much appreciated. This, in my opinion shows lack of respect for people and I think ghosting should not be normalized. We must demand better, more humane practices from the hiring process.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Give an example of a time you had to deal with conflict and how it was managed. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Give an example of a time you didn't meet expectations and what did you do about ti.
