First is a phone interview which is a basic screening. Then did a zoom where they asked a few behavioral but was still relatively casual. Next was a phone interview through a third party which was very long and intense. Final was an 8 hour long day of interviews.

Interview
First there was a screening call. Next was an online assessment. Finally there were two 30-45 minute rounds with the hiring manager and direct manager for the role. Heard back in about 2 weeks.
One interview with financial analyst, hardly any technical questions, just asking about familiarity with Excel, etc, mostly conversational to discuss work experience, interests, vibe check, personality match, culture match. No other interviews with other team members.
