Interview
The process took 5-6 stages, including online recorded interview answers, a phone interview, a gallup, a technical interview and a final stage interview. While four positions were being filled, several hundred applicants were included in the intiial stages of the interview process.

Interview
I applied online. Then I attended the first round interview. They call candidates one by one and two interviewers interviewed each candidate. One interviewer was from the R&D dept. And the second one was from the Advanced Operations dept. As they were interviewing for graduate roles within both depts.

Interview
HR round followed by a technical round. Interviewers were helpful.
1st round was general, involving questions about background, fit to role and career goals.
2nd round was technical and involved 3 questions, where we were given 30 mins to think about the questions, followed by an interview discussing those questions.
