5 interviews, one included the Gallup assessment, and another was a sales presentation. There was a long delay and many weeks between each interview. I enjoyed my recruiter, but I chose to leave the interview process after a hardball style of interviewing from a regional director.

I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs.Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
