I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Flower Mound, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
Began with an on-campus one-on-one interview. Then, was asked to take a Gallup test. When I passed that, I was flown to the location to interview there with several people individually, after which I received an offer. Keep in mind, if you don't pass the Gallup test the first time you can't retake it later or ever work for Stryker.
The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.

Question 1
Can you tell me about a time when you had to handle a challenging situation at work?
Loved the initial phone calls I have had. The people are super down-to-earth so far, and they seem to want to see you do well in whatever you end up doing!
