I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stryker (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Only focus on personality, not experience and actual skills. Long, drawn out, redundant. Just seemed like a waste of time for an experienced professional. Good company, horrible interview process. A shame. The process should be both personality and skills/experience based. Really ostracizing some good talent.

Interview
I had only one interview with HR. In the interview, they asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work at this company, and why I left my previous jobs. Also they said that candidates who passed this interview would have three more interviews.

Strength and weakness,
Why do you want to work here?

Interview
Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
