I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker in Aug 2025
Interview
When I applied for Stryker's Entry Level position for Medical Devices through LinkedIn, I immediately received a message from Scout (their virtual scheduling assistant) to book in a phone screening interview - very quick and efficient AI agent. I spent hours researching Stryker and preparing for the 30 minute over-the-phone interview, but unfortunately had a very poor experience with the recruiter. After reading all the other posts on Glassdoor, I shouldn't have expected anything else... The interview went for approximately 15 minutes - it was not conversational at all, just a very clinical experience of question after question; and I didn't feel as if the recruiter wanted to know me as 'a person' (as stated in their job description). The following day (a Saturday) I received an automatic email stating that they would not be progressing with my application and that they had chosen to move on with other 'more suitable' candidates. To everyone else applying, Good Luck! I wish you more success and a better experience than me :)

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for your teammate.
It was very professional. I felt super comfortable with the rep. Only issue was that it was super far of a drive to meet with the interviewer. Overall it was a great experience though.
