Online application, first conversation has been held. This took more than an hour, so the talent acquisition partner took her time. First she explained to me something about the company and about the position/vacancy. She wanted me to confirm if I knew enough to have a clear context. After that, she asked me a lot of questions about my personality, my work experience and some factuals.
