Stryker Phone Interview interview questions

Never Had A Phone Interview Before, I never realize that a company would ask questions that is so in deph. Felt I was in a courtroom.. then get denied that quick. Wish they would give me a chance to prove myself..Had many experiences and I can be part of this good company, unfortunately they dont like me. i guess they are judging it in how a person talk and feel word behaivour.. its not about actions nowadays... Will continue to persue applications to other worthy companies. Much appreciate for the time though...
