Stryker ProCare Operations Analyst interview questions

3 phone interviews before onsite interview. Onsite interview with 5 people. After investing 2 1/2 months into this process no consideration was give to let me know why I was not selected for the position. The way I found out the position was filled was by going online and seeing that my resume was no longer under consideration. I'm not impressed with the "no follow up" from the internal recruiter on this position after investing alot of time in this interview process for a professional position.
