Stryker Product Builder interview questions

Around a 20 minute interview,it was with 2 production supervisors. They were really easy to talk to,no crafty stuff,why do you want to work with Stryker, reasons for this career move,tell me what you know about the company,what would you say your strengths and weaknesses are, general gist of it.

You will do a dexterity test followed by an aptitude test. Next you have the hated online Gallup(this really has to be changed as current employees would actually fail this) , an actual interview and then the medical.
