After the HR round, i interviewed with the hiring manager and then a third party screener. That part was just interesting and a little bit off putting. Lots of behavioral questions in a rapid fire manner. Was then rejected days after
Easy and convenient with HR staff. HR representative was on time and had good information regarding the position. Communication leading up to meeting was easy and done through a simple phone interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Apr 2021
Interview
I interviewed for a Sales Analyst position for the spine group in New Jersey. I would have preferred to have been screened out rather than spend time interviewing with this hiring manager. It was clear he had already selected a candidate in mind and was going through the motions to comply with any HR policies Stryker has. The manager said he had his resume right in front of me but didn't seem to actually read it. He asked me when I will complete my MBA which had been completed for 5 months and why I was leaving my current job with another biotech firm at which it was stated on my resume that I had been laid off for 8 months due to corporate restructuring. of the 30 minute interview he talked about himself and his career for 20 minutes and not the position or why my qualifications align with the position. He was completely unprofessional and was not interested in speaking with me as a candidate.
