30-minute phone screen with a recruiter. The role ended up not being a match on both sides, but just wanted to give a shout out to Stryker and Arianna (the recruiter) for making the experience professional, friendly, and seamless. It's the best phone screen I've had. I left with a great impression of the company and wouldn't hesitate to apply again for a different role or to recommend the company to friends.
