StudyPoint Customer Service interview questions

Applied and got a generic (I think) response to upload a video saying why I’d be a good fit for the position and one thing about me that wasn’t on my resume. Did the video, sent it off. No response, just complete silence. To put yourself out there and be vulnerable and to not get any response is very rude. And…the job is still open. Some feedback would be professional when someone takes the time to submit something like that.
