Interview
I just saw that there was a new store opening, saw the hiring sign, which instructed me to email the "boss" and then I was called up for an interview. I had that and it was super easy, I was a bit nervous, but the questions were natural to ask, I didn't have anything to hide. I was then was called a week or so later and notified I was hired.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
