I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subway (State College, PA) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview was very laid back. The manager called me for an interview hours after submitting my application online. This specific interview was at a different location than the one I applied for, but it was in a Subway store. When I arrived the two managers were interviewing another prospective employee, so sat and waited while they wrapped things up. When it was my turn, I simply sat at a table with the two managers and was relieved to find that they were very friendly and laid back.

Question 1

What makes you a responsible, trustworthy person?
You're in your car driving away from a hurricane when you pull up next to a bust stop. Waiting for the bus is an old lady who needs to go to the hospital, your best friend, and a beautiful man/woman who is the love of your life. You have one seat left in your car, what do you do?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
