Interview
I submitted an application online, followed-up with a manager at the store about a couple weeks later, and received a call for an interview about a couple of days later. I did the interview in the store with the owner. She was very nice and asked the basic questions, e.g, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" "Why do you want to work here?" "How do you handle difficult situations?",etc.
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
