I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Subway (Groton, CT) in Nov 2015
Interview
You would meet one on one with the manager and if you were to get hired she would email you the information for the online class that you need to take before you can officially start working . The classes take about 25 to 30 minutes and should probably take you a week the most to finish .
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
what would you do if one of your colleagues didn't do all that needed to be done for you to have a smooth shift?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there
I interviewed at Subway (Barnsley, South West England, England)
Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
