Interview
i got an interview call from manager after I applied this position on kijiji. He gave me an interview for half an hour, asked some simple and basic questions. It was not very hard.
I am given a form and fill the form and wait for your turn and staffs are really friendly manager is friendly all in all I really like the interview process.
It was alright, a group interview. It wasn't too formal and it was an interesting selection of people in the group. There was one interviewer and four interviewees (including myself). I found it interesting that the interview was held in the middle of the store (which was pretty small) and so customers were able to watch what was going on.
