I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Subway (El Paso, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied online, received a call the next day to set up an interview, was interviewed the following day by a manager. Was interviewed at a different Subway restaurant than the one(s) that had openings. The manager told me Subway's moto is to 'fire fast, hire slow'. He told me he would make a decision by the next day, but this was not true, or else he was reluctant to tell me I didn't get the job. I called the next day and the day after that; the next day he said he hadn't made a decision yet and that I could call again the following day, and the following day he wasn't there and another employee took down a message and promised the manager would call media back. He didn't and I sort of got the message that I wasn't hired.

Question 1
Can you provide an example from your previous experience where you demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and how would you apply that to a role at Subway?
was standard interview process. People where nice. People liked the way i dressed. I felt listened to. The interview went for thirty minutes. Should have gone for longer was a great process.
