Interview
Meet with the manager and did a drug test after. He asked about why I wanted to the position. He told me about my two weeks of training that would be required before I could work by myself. He talked about how subway is a team and as you do the online training you will get promoted and raises.

Are you flexible, will you show up for your shifts?
Easy process. Overall easy going job but low pay and can be busy at times. Created great friendships with the boss and a few co workers since most of the time there was only two people there

Interview
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
