If you're alive and not an absolute burnout in life, then you'll get this job. There's a joke among Subway managers that if you hold up a mirror to the applicant's mouth and they're able to fog it up, then they're alive and you can hire them.

Interview
Franchise Owners came 30 minutes late. Relaxed environment as I was interviewed inside the shop at the tables and not in an office. There was less than 10 questions that were asked, and it mainly revolved around what I knew about Subway, what my skills and qualities were, my flexibility of hours, etc.
