The interview was held casually, one on one, during store hours, directly with the owner.
I was given an employee's handbook to take home, but was given an offer directly after the interview.

Interview
The interview process was overall very casual. Manager was very nice and understanding as it was my first job. Even though i did not know much about subway the employees really helped me, especially in rush hour.
