I applied online and was eventually called to the store for an interview. The interview was very short, I was really only asked about how long I was planning to be in town to work for them, and if I which stores I would be able to work. Only one real 'interview question' was asked. I was hired on the spot, and started the next day.

15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.
