Interview
After applying, a manager called a few days after. We met at a local store where she went over the qualifications. Process was very fast, got hired pretty much on the spot.
15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.

Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.
