I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Subway (Ottawa, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
-Interview was some in the food court, they told me to find a table for 4.
-The assistant manager and manager interviewed me
-It was overall good, i messed up a few times in my opinion but i answered their questions as truthfully as possible and it ended up feeling more like a conversation than an interview by the end!
-They didn’t seem concerned about my lack of experience either
-They called me 2 days later with an offer.
15 minute chat with the manager who told me what was expected of me and the type of candidate they were looking for. Only asked one personality question and the rest was more about Subway.

Easy. Will ask about work experience and expected pay hours you can work and thats it was literally offered to start next day. One in person interview. Look happy be friendly and your in.
Sat down with manager and was asked about my work experience. At this point I had zero experience in the food industry but I was still called back and hired.
